Saco planter is created using a plastic grocery bag.  Originally plastic, the packaging is transformed in ceramic.  It's new life should be spent holding your favorite succulent or climbing plant. 

 

The interior of saco planter is left unglazed, allowing the absorbtion and evaporation of moisture from the plants roots.  This allows the plant to breath, and avoids the need for a drainger hole in the base of the piece.

 

Macrame in natural, goldenrod, or a mixture of the two.

 

Heir Ceramics are made by hand. Even though these pieces are created in molds, each is trimmed, cleaned, and glazed uniquely. Some pieces have small imperfections that give quirky character.
