Chai is cast in white earthenware ceramic glazed in lead-free, matte transparent.

Chai is created the packaging from a bag of artisanal chai. Originally aluminium covered in brown paper, the bag is transformed in ceramic. It's new life should be spent holding small bouquets, or propogating little succulents.
The base of chai is left unglazed and instead, is treated with organic beeswax. This layer of wax seals off the raw ceramic and prevents absorption of any liquids that might stain the base. The beeswax gives the base a tan color and a sweet smell!
Heir Ceramics are made by hand. Even though these pieces are created in molds, each is trimmed, cleaned, and glazed uniquely. Some pieces have small imperfections that give quirky character.
