Shipping and returns
Orders ship by CTT registered post from Lisbon and are trackable. Shipping is priced by the packed weight of the order at the rates below, taken from the CTT 2026 tariff. Orders above €100 ship free within Europe. Pickup at the studio in Marvila is free, by arrangement.

Orders over €100 ship free within the EU. Orders over 5 kg are quoted by email. Packed weight is each piece plus 100 g of wrapping, plus 300 g for the box.
Portugal 1 to 3 working days. Europe 3 to 5 working days. Customs charges outside the EU are the buyer's responsibility.
Every piece is wrapped in paper and shipped in a box with minimal plastic.
Returns
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Ship the piece back within 30 days of delivery, in its original condition.
- Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
- The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
